Who doesn’t want to go on adventures and travel each and every corner of this world? Well, everyone fantasizes this and we adore who accomplish their dreams by their hardworking and having the most beautiful experiences of life. Cassie De Pecol is a 27-year-old who achieved her dream of traveling the world and now the whole world s mesmerized by her passion and photographs.
Cassie planned a year and a half planning, to reach out to every nook corner of this beautiful vast world. She finally did, and this now is the fastest person to visit every country on this earth.
In only 18 months she completed the $111,000 trip. She was exhausted when her funding was almost over, halfway through her trip. But, Cassie didn’t give up. She not only travelled all the 196 sovereign countries but she also broke two Guinness World Records.
To fund her trip she had to get a little more creative and so she told MONEY in a Facebook Live interview about her trip. That she has saved $10,000 from two babysitting jobs. She idolizes Michael Phelps as her role model. She created a network to find the sponsors and also investors to fund her remaining trip.
Imagine if someone traveled 50 countries or even 100 countries, how impressive that would be. Cassandra broke the record and impressed the whole world when she traveled to 196 countries and became the youngest American, first documented female and fastest traveler to travel across all the 196 countries on earth.
Ambassador for Peace
Cassandra De Pecol amazed the whole world. This woman from Connecticut started her journey form July 2015, and visited 181 countries, leaving only 15 more countries to explore yet, with only 40 days to go. She calls her amazing journey Expedition196. Cassie is also traveling as an Ambassador for Peace on behalf of the International Institute for Peace Through Tourism.
